Our Story:

Return The Keys was started to provide a service to return lost keys to their owners, while protecting their identity.

A Return The Keys tag has a registered number, our toll free number,  website and post office box address, as well as an offer of a reward to the finder of your lost keys.

Once the keys are received we search our password protected database for your registration number. We then contact you and arrange for the return of your keys.

Return The Keys pays the reward, the postage from the finder to our offices, and the expense of returning the keys to you.  You do not pay to have your keys returned to you!

We sell a set of two (2) key tags with a matching set of unique registration numbers that are used in place of the owner’s personal identification information. If your tagged keys are lost, the key tag provides information on how to return them to our office.  Once we receive the keys you will be notified immediately that we have them in our possession.  We will then return the keys to you at our expense.

Return The Keys pays a reward to the finder, if requested, upon return of the keys. The purpose of Return The Keys is to protect the owner’s identity and assist in returning the keys to their owner.

• Return The Keys maintains a confidential database with your contact information stored under the registered key tag number stamped into your set of key tags. The registration number is maintained in a password protected database for security purposes.

•Our tags do not contain any member’s personal information.  It contains the following:

Your registration number

Our toll free phone number and website address

Our return address with postage guaranteed

•Our tags also offer a reward to the finder, if requested.  Good Samaritans can just drop the keys into any mailbox

•Using the registration number, Return The Keys personnel will access your password protected contact information in our database, contact you and arrange to have your keys returned
